1st Shift WeldingWe are seeking a skilled welder to perform MIG and stick welding on concrete truck barrels and related components. This position involves both welding and assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.Position: Welder (MIG & Stick) 1st ShiftSchedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PMOvertime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as neededPay Rate: $22.50/hourKey responsibilities include:Perform MIG and stick welding on concrete truck barrels and various truck componentsAssist with assembly of welded parts and finished productsOperate air, power, and hand tools, including torches and grindersRead and follow work instructions to meet production and quality standardsAdhere to all safety rules, policies, and proceduresParticipate in lean manufacturing initiatives and cost-reduction effortsMinimum qualifications:23 years of welding experience (MIG and stick required)Ability to pass an internal welding testMust supply own basic welding equipmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbs regularlyCapable of standing, bending, and crouching for extended periods (10+ hours/day)Steel-toed boots/shoes requiredHigh school diploma or GED
