IT Service Delivery Analyst II (Test)

Department: Information TechnologyLocation: Redondo Beach Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 / hourDescriptionThe IT Service Delivery Analyst II (AI&T) at Impulse provides advanced technical support and serves as an escalation point for systems supporting engineering, integration, and test operations. This role resolves complex issues across endpoints, infrastructure, and test environments while ensuring operational readiness and reliability of systems used in integration and test activities. Analyst II works closely with infrastructure and engineering teams and plays a key role in supporting live test operations and improving service delivery processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environmentsTroubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, and network connectivity issues including VLANs and switchingSupport enterprise identity, endpoint management, and core IT servicesEnsure system availability and performance during live test and integration operationsResolve issues affecting test execution, telemetry, data capture, and system connectivityPartner with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related operational issuesServe as an escalation point for frontline support teams and major incident response effortsConduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions across infrastructure and networking teamsLead deployments of workstations, network infrastructure, lab expansions, and structured cabling projectsDrive operational improvements through automation, documentation, runbooks, and workflow optimizationMinimum Qualifications4+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experienceStrong troubleshooting across endpoint systems, identity services, and enterprise platformsExperience diagnosing network connectivity issuesExperience working with IT service management platformsAbility to troubleshoot issues spanning multiple technology domainsPreferred Skills and Experience6+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experienceExperience supporting engineering, lab, or test environmentsFamiliarity with Linux systemsExposure to test systems, telemetry, or integration environmentsBasic automation or scripting experienceExperience in regulated or operational environmentsOperational ExpectationsOnsite support within lab and operational environmentsParticipation in live test support and critical operationsAfter-hours support aligned with test schedules and incidentsAdditional Information:Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
