Craft helpers are expected to support field operations while developing the skills necessary to advance into higher-level craft positions.Durus is actively supporting large-scale infrastructure efforts, requiring personnel who can perform in remote, high-production environments.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport ironworkers, welders, pipefitters, concrete crews, and equipment operatorsPerform material handling, jobsite organization, and general labor tasksAssist with layout, measuring, cutting, and basic installation activitiesPrepare and stage tools, equipment, and materials for crewsClean and maintain work areas to ensure safe and efficient operationsAssist with loading/unloading materials and equipmentFollow direction from foremen and lead craftsmenQualifications1-3+ years of construction or industrial labor experience preferredWillingness to learn multiple trades and develop new skillsAbility to perform physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, working outdoors)Basic familiarity with hand tools and power toolsStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directionAbility to work safely in active industrial environmentsWork Environment & ExpectationsTravel required across AZ, NM, and surrounding regionsActive work on remote project sites.Extended work schedules aligned with long-duration projects (not short-term outage work)Work performed in remote environments(as applicable)Outdoor work in extreme conditions (heat, dust, terrain)Zero-tolerance safety culture-PPE and compliance required at all timesCompensationCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunities tied to project demandsPer diem for qualifying projectsBenefits package availableCareer Path OpportunityDurus actively promotes from within.
