Maintenance TechnicianThe Ramada Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to support a 163-room hotel with an outdoor pool. The ideal candidate must have plumbing and drywall experience. This is a PT position - Monday-Wednesday - 16-24 hours.Core ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixture replacement, basic piping)Perform drywall repair and finishing (patching, taping, sanding, blending to match)Handle general maintenance across electrical, HVAC, and guest roomsMaintain property standards and assist with preventative maintenanceRespond to service calls promptly and professionallyQualificationsExperience working at a hotel and/or multi-unit property settingMust have strong plumbing and drywall skills are requiredWorking knowledge of electrical and HVAC systemsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignmentsScheduleMust be available nights, weekends, on-call, and holidays as neededThis is an hourly position $18 $20 based on experienceCompensation details: 18-20 Hourly WagePI2702f78e6626-31181-40035621RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
