We're Hiring: Warehouse / 3PL Director (On-Site | Buena Park, CA)Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: 6645 Caballero Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90620Schedule: On-Site, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PSTCompensation: $120,000 – $140,000 + Annual Bonus EligibleAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Warehouse / 3PL Director to lead warehouse and third-party logistics operations. This role is responsible for optimizing inventory management, streamlining logistics, and improving operational efficiency across all warehouse and 3PL functions. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, partner with logistics providers, and ensure seamless product fulfillment to customers and retail partners.What You'll DoOversee all warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillmentDirect day-to-day operations of warehouse and 3PL activities to achieve organizational goalsManage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectivenessMonitor inventory levels and accuracy — oversee regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processesEstablish and track KPIs to measure operational effectivenessNegotiate contracts, rates, and service levels with logistics and transportation partnersCollaborate with internal teams including sales, procurement, and customer service to align supply chain activities with business demandsIdentify and drive cost-saving initiatives across warehousing and logistics operationsEnsure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for both direct-to-consumer and retail channelsLead the implementation of new warehouse technologies and processesDevelop and implement strategies for process improvement and operational excellenceManage budgets and report on operational costs and performance metricsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsLead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staffOversee maintenance and organization of warehouse facilities and equipmentRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics managementProven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and 3PL partnersStrong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practicesExperience developing and managing operational budgetsExceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvementsDemonstrated ability to develop and track KPIs for logistics and warehouse performanceStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work onsite at the designated warehouse locationPreferred Experience & SkillsExperience in the health and wellness or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industryFamiliarity with ERP and WMS platforms such as SAP or NetSuiteLean or Six Sigma certificationExperience with both domestic and international logisticsMBA or advanced degree in a relevant fieldCurrent Tech StackWMS, ERP, 3PL partner portals, EDI/ASN workflows, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)What We OfferSalary range: $120,000 – $140,000 + annual bonus eligible401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time offReferral program#TalentPop
