What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate: Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working. Able to act as a key holder and open our store at 6am-6:30am. Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers. Has the availability to work rotating weekends. Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs Job Duties Include: taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system making food and smoothies according to brand standards prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing maintain a clean and sanitary work environment stocking and clean-up Salary: Starting $14.50 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!) Increased Pay with experience and availability. There are plenty of areas for promotion as we continue to grow and expand in the community.
