Drupal Full Stack Developer Lead

As a Drupal full stack developer, you will drive the implementation of innovative solutions by building dynamic, data-driven sites and applications with engaging front‑end experiences for a variety of clients. You will contribute to projects with your knowledge of and experience with both the frontend and backend development of Drupal sites and applications from design to implementation, testing, and release.REPORTS TO
VP, Tech AppsRESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain Drupal (9 & 10) websites, web applications, and upgradesCreate and customize Drupal themes using TWIG, CSS, and JavaScriptIntegration with external systems and web servicesCustom Module developmentEnsures Drupal best practices are followed in terms of site architecture, development, and securityWrites efficient, reusable, and scalable PHP codeExperience working with 3rd party APIsOptimize Drupal websites for performance, including caching and server configurationsQUALIFICATIONSA problem‑solving mindset with a passion for software development5+ years of experience in Drupal application development5+ years in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sass, and front‑end frameworks and how to integrate them efficiently in DrupalExperience with PHP, Twig, and MySQLExperience with layout‑driven site buildsExperience with Drupal custom module development and maintenanceExperience with layout‑driven site builds using Panels, Layout Manager, etc.Experience creating reusable components with paragraphsExperience with tools such as Composer, Drush, Git, and NPMExperience ingesting data into Drupal from an external data sourceExperience with preprocessing to manipulate dataKnowledge of ingesting data with FeedsKnowledge and understanding of BEM (Block, Element, Modifier)The PerksThe best co‑workers you’ll ever findUnlimited PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plus matchOngoing training opportunitiesPlanned outings and team events (remote workers included!)Compensation Range: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
