Recruiting Team Lead
We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Lead to oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts and support the continued growth of our organization in the Orlando market. This individual will play a key role in developing recruiting strategies, managing hiring workflows, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with leadership teams to attract top talent across multiple business units.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, operational, and leadership-level positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and ideal candidate profilesDevelop sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreachManage candidate pipelines, scheduling, interview coordination, and offer processesTrack recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and pipeline progress using ATS/CRM systemsImprove recruiting processes and candidate experience from initial outreach through onboardingConduct intake meetings and provide market feedback on talent trends, compensation, and availabilityBuild and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partnersSupport employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and networking opportunitiesAssist with onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth hiring transition for new employeesQualifications3–7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting within corporate, staffing, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services environments preferredStrong sourcing and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, organization, and follow-up skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
