RN Critical Care
An RN - Critical Care is a registered nurse who provides specialized care for patients with life-threatening conditions in intensive care settings. Critical Care Nurses perform comprehensive assessments, closely monitor vital signs, and manage advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors. They administer critical medications, assist with complex procedures, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans. RN Critical Care nurses also provide education and emotional support to patients and families during critical illness, maintain detailed documentation, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
