Job DescriptionLocation: Millville Agg WVJob Req ID: 16108Join our amazing team and contribute as a:\nLoader OperatorABOUT THE ROLE\nAmrize, a leading supplier of quality, construction building materials in the United States, has immediate openings for a Loader Operator to support operations at the Quarry located in Millville, WV. The primary responsibility of a Loader Operator at a quarry is responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, move, and stockpile rock and materials safely and efficiently.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH\n\nOperate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials\nLoad raw materials into haul trucks, hoppers, or crushers\nInspect equipment daily and report mechanical issues\nMaintain safe working distances around trucks and personnel\nManage material flow to prevent production delays\nKeep work areas clean and free of debris\nFollow site safety rules and MSHA regulations\nCommunicate with supervisors and other equipment operators\nDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent\nRequired Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a quarry or aggregate environment\nStrong knowledge of safe equipment operation and compliance with MSHA and site safety regulations\nProven ability to load and move materials efficiently while maintaining production standards\nExperience performing daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance issues\nAbility to work collaboratively with supervisors, truck drivers, and plant personnel\nDependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment\nComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions\nStrong attention to detail and situational awareness\n\nAdditional Requirements:\n\nSuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
