Accounting Manager - Controller - Manufacturing Experience REQUIREDFort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite) MANUFACTRUING PLANT MEDICAL DEVICES USA/FT LaudThis is a consulting role.Manufacturing accounting is MUSTHands-on Accounting Manager with experience working for a MANUFACTURER wil be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, monthly close, and financial reporting. This role leads a team of three (AR, AP, GL) and operates within a HIGH TECH MANUFACTURING PLANT manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full lifecycle of fixed assets (capitalization, depreciation, disposals, reconciliations, physical inventory)Lead daily accounting operations including revenue recognition, reserves, OPEX/CAPEX, intercompany, and cash managementDrive timely 5-day month-end close and prepare financial statementsPerform variance analysis and partner with cost center leaders on accruals and expense reviewLead external/internal audits and ensure GAAP complianceStrengthen internal controls and accounting processesSupport budgeting and forecasting (OPEX, CAPEX, financials)Lead accounting role in ERP implementation and system improvementsSupervise and develop 3 accounting staffQualifications8+ years progressive accounting experience; 3+ years leading a small team(manufacturing environment)Experience in manufacturing or corporate accounting within a manufacturerERP experience required; CPA preferredHands-on, detail-oriented, strong analytical skillsExcellent benefits.
