EVA IT Consulting Services is committed to building future-ready teams and impactful solutions for its clients.Role Description The Fresher - Full Stack Java Developer (CPT-OPT only) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Herndon, VA. In this role, the developer will work on designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Java-based web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior engineers, participating in code reviews, implementing responsive user interfaces, and integrating APIs and databases. The developer will assist in troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and following established development practices and DevOps processes. The role also involves continuous learning through mentorship, training programs, and hands-on project work to build strong full-stack development skills.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with a focus on Java and related frameworks.Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Candidates should possess skills in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver end-to-end solutions.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and basic algorithms.Familiarity with relational databases, RESTful APIs, and version control tools such as Git.Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and code quality.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; CPT/OPT authorization required.
