Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents across all project phases • Ensure technical quality through rigorous document review, constructability analysis, and coordination oversight • Support and contribute to QA/QC standards and continuous improvement of documentation processes • Leverage BIM tools (Revit and related platforms) to support model-based coordination, documentation, and interdisciplinary integration • Participate in BIM/VDC workflows, including model coordination, clash detection, and integration with internal engineering teams • Support continuous improvement of digital delivery standards, including model quality, organization, and coordination practices • Participate in construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field coordination, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution • Adapt to a variety of project types, scales, and delivery methods within a dynamic workload environmentBachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution • Advanced proficiency in Revit required, with experience supporting BIM-based coordination and documentation workflows • Familiarity with BIM/VDC processes, including model coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration, strongly preferred • Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and consultant coordination • Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools is a plus • Work within an integrated A/E firm offering direct collaboration with in-house structural, MEP, and environmental teams Engage in a diverse portfolio of meaningful projects across public and private sectors Employee-Only Stock Purchase Plan Employee referral bonus xzgxqkn All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or protected veteran status; and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.#
