We deliver fast, reliable, and innovative solutions through relentless persistence and a commitment to excellence.As we expand nationally, we are seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager who can bring operational discipline, financial rigor, and strategic thinking to our growing organization.Position SummaryThe Supply Chain & Inventory Manager owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our sourcing, procurement, and inventory operations. This role ensures that the right equipment is available at the right time, with the right financial impact, to fuel sales revenue, support rental utilization, and enable operational success.You will control the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, optimize inventory investment, manage vendor performance, and create scalable supply chain processes that support H2LV's rapid growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities?? Purchasing & ProcurementOwn decisions on whatwhen, and from whom to purchase, aligned with sales, rentals, and project demandsExecute procurement of transformers, switchgear, and related electrical equipmentEvaluate vendor pricing, capacity, reliability, and lead timesNegotiate pricing, payment terms, freight, and warrantiesEnsure purchasing supports margin targets and working capital priorities?? Inventory Strategy & OptimizationDevelop and manage inventory strategy across stocked, rental, and project-based equipmentSet and manage min/max levels, reorder points, and safety stockMonitor stock positions and proactively resolve shortages or excessBalance inventory turnover with readiness for revenue opportunitiesCollaborate with Sales & Operations to align inventory to forecasted demand?? Financial Impact & Cash FlowAssess financial implications of each procurement decisionOptimize inventory investment to support DSO, cash flow, and margin performanceTrack aging inventory; recommend corrective actions for slow-moving or excess itemsSupport budgeting and forecasting tied to inventory and procurement?? Vendor ManagementBuild strong relationships with OEMs, remanufacturers, and suppliersTrack vendor performance (pricing, lead times, quality, responsiveness)Serve as escalation point for supplier issuesIdentify and vet new vendors to support growth and reduce risk?? Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and AccountingProvide visibility into inventory levels, timelines, and sourcing constraintsSupport sales efforts by validating availability, lead times, and sourcing optionsEnable faster, more informed quoting and deal execution? Systems, Process & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate purchasing and inventory dataImprove procurement workflows as the company scalesEstablish clear SOPs, documentation, and purchasing controlsContribute to company playbooks and operational standardsQualifications & Skills5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or inventory managementExperience with inventory management systems (Cin7 a plus)Background in capital equipment or industrial environment highly preferredStrong understanding of inventory finance: margin, working capital, cash flowSkilled negotiator with strong vendor management abilitiesAnalytical, data-driven, and financially mindedProven ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, high-growth environmentDetail-oriented with strategic decision-making capabilityProactive, accountable, and solutions-focusedPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of transformers, switchgear, or electrical distribution equipment??
