Senior NodeJS React Developer with AWS DevOps

Location : Malvern, PADuration : 9+monthsIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who is confident handling end-to-end ownership of a modernization project. They should be comfortable stepping into an unfamiliar application environment, understanding existing workflows, and independently driving redevelopment efforts while coordinating with business teams.This role is for an experienced full stack developer who will be responsible for rebuilding and modernizing an existing application currently developed in a legacy .NET framework. The company wants to migrate the application into a modern technology stack using NodeJS, React, and AWS infrastructure.The developer will work independently as the primary engineer on the project and will use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate the migration and redevelopment process.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and understand the existing legacy .NET applicationRebuild the application using:NodeJS (Backend)React (Frontend)Design and manage AWS cloud architecture and deploymentsHandle DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure supportCollaborate with business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for:Requirement gatheringClarificationsUser testing supportWork independently with minimal supervisionEnsure scalability, maintainability, and modernization of the applicationRequired Skills:Strong experience in:NodeJSReactJSAWSDevOps / CI-CDExperience migrating or modernizing legacy applicationsAbility to work as an independent/self-driven developerGood communication and stakeholder interaction skillsFamiliarity with AI development tools is a plusUnderstanding of legacy .NET applications is beneficial
