Senior NERC Compliance Manager:Location: Austin, HybridThe Client:The Sustainable Partnership is working closely with a leading US based IPP that develops and operates Solar, BESS and Wind projects.In this role you will lead and manage the NERC O&P Compliance program across multiple GO/GOP Standards, regions, and asset classes, driving standardised processes for monitoring, evidence collection, and reporting. Act as the senior compliance voice in cross-functional planning, partnering with operational leaders to embed regulatory requirements into day-to-day processes while overseeing responses to audits, spot checks, and investigations.
