This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping and driving the organization's efforts to measure, enhance, and communicate the outcomes of its work. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep knowledge of all program areas, overseeing the Impact Team, and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team. They will be expected to develop and execute program and organizational impact strategies, ensure the effective use of evaluation to improve programs, and communicate program effectiveness to stakeholders. The role also involves data management, including leading the team in monitoring and updating data systems, and overseeing government and public-private partnership reporting processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Impact position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, with a preference for MPH, MED, MPP, or PhD. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role, particularly in impact measurement and evaluation, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic planning and organizational development abilities, be flexible and adaptable, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for the mission of the organization is essential. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who is adept at managing multiple priorities and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
