DevOps Architect

We are seeking a DevOps Technical Lead / Architect to provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, and standardizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions that support modern software delivery. This role will focus on establishing DevOps architecture and best practices, building reliable and automated deployment workflows, managing infrastructure as code, and optimizing cloud environments within AWS. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives around disaster recovery, DevOps standardization, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance for DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD initiativesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support efficient, scalable, and reliable software deliveryDevelop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform across AWS environmentsDefine and implement DevOps standards, best practices, tooling, and automation patterns across engineering teamsDesign, provision, configure, and optimize AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC) to support application workloadsLead or support disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiativesEstablish automated deployment strategies, including blue/green and rolling deploymentsEvaluate existing DevOps processes and architectures and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improvementTroubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues across environments (dev, staging, production)Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure system resilience and reliabilityCollaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to establish and promote DevOps best practicesQUALIFICATIONSExperience providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, or ownership of DevOps initiativesStrong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline design and automationStrong experience with AWS cloud services and architectureProficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and managementExperience developing or implementing DevOps standards, frameworks, and best practices across engineering teamsExperience with disaster recovery, business continuity, high availability, or infrastructure resilience initiativesSolid understanding of Linux systems, networking, cloud security, and cloud architecture principlesExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)Experience working in Agile or fast-paced engineering environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineering teamsAWS certification of any kind is a plus.Please apply, if interested!
