Attorneys in the group work on cutting-edge, “bet-the-company” matters while collaborating closely with colleagues across related practices such as antitrust, international arbitration, and intellectual property.The OpportunityThe Los Angeles office is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory matters, arbitration-related litigation, and complex cross-border disputes for high-profile domestic and international clients.Associates in this group take on meaningful responsibility early in their careers, including drafting briefs and pleadings, managing discovery strategy, preparing witnesses and experts, participating in depositions and hearings, and contributing to trial preparation.
