The ideal candidate is a hands-on, hit-the-ground-running developer with strong backend experience and some front-end exposure using StencilJS.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectureHands-on experience with KafkaExperience working with MongoDBFront-end experience with StencilJS (or willingness to ramp up quickly from React)Familiarity with GenAI tools (developer productivity, integrations, or experimentation)Proven ability to work independently and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment
