The Sales and Marketing Representative also assists with retaining current members by creating a positive day-to-day client experience.COMPENSATION & PERKS:Opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales, marketing, and management opportunitiesCompensation: $17.95 to 23.00/hour, based on experienceCommission paid on salesFree pilates classesOpportunity for bonus, based on performanceREQUIREMENTS:Sales experience required, but willing to train the right candidateExcellent communication and customer service skillsGoal-oriented, competitive, and highly motivatedEnergetic and passionate about building relationshipsMust have proficient computer skillsSocial media expert and technical expertise is a plusInterest in the fitness industry is a plusMust be available early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidaysRESPONSIBILITIES:Be the first point of contact to prospective clients generated from social media leads to establish a relationshipBook and confirm quality intro sessions with prospective clientsPresent available services to current or prospective membersEnthusiastically engage current and prospective clients as they enter the studio, ensuring a positive client experienceMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studioEnsure studio is clean and tidy
