Front Desk Associate We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to join our evening (3pm to 11pm) team. This role is the heart of the hotel's guest experienceproviding warm welcomes, efficient service, and helpful support throughout each guest's stay.If you enjoy helping people, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and checkoutManage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiriesProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsPerform all check-in and check-out tasks and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsResolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk areaCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressedFollow all safety, security, and hotel policiesAnswer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party or department, take accurate messages when necessaryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common areasHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionGenerate reports as neededStand up for 6-8 hours each day.Qualifications Previous front-desk or customer service experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided)Professional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work the full 3pm11pm shift, including weekends and holidays as neededSchedule & Compensation Part-time, evening shift (3pm11pm)Competitive hourly payOpportunity for additional hours depending on business needs
