Senior HR GeneralistJob Category: Human Resources Requisition Number: SENIO004692Posted: April 30, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteETFN Navasota TX Navasota, TX 77868, USAJob DetailsDescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources OperationsProvide daily HR support to hourly and salaried employees across departments and shifts.Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices.Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidentiality standards.Support payroll coordination, employee transactions, and HRIS updates.Employee Relations & Leadership SupportCoach supervisors and managers on attendance, discipline, performance management, investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution.Conduct prompt, fair, and thorough employee relations investigations.Build trust and credibility through visible floor presence and responsive support.Support a culture of accountability, communication, and respect.Recruiting & Workforce DevelopmentLead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and salaried positions.Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing priorities.Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives.Build external recruiting pipelines with schools, trade programs, and community partners.Benefits & Leave AdministrationAssist employees with benefits questions, enrollments, and life event changes.Support open enrollment activities and employee education.Coordinate leave administration including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and related processes.Continuous Improvement & Future Leadership DevelopmentAnalyze turnover, attendance, hiring, and retention trends.Recommend process improvements and practical HR solutions.Participate in special projects involving engagement, training, succession planning, and workforce strategy.Gradually assume expanded responsibilities aligned with long-term leadership development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred.Experience in recruiting, employee relations, coaching leaders, benefits administration, and compliance.Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proven ability to build relationships with hourly employees, supervisors, and leadership teams.Strong judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.QualificationsEducationPreferredBachelors or better in Human Resources.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
