Shipping Clerk / Finishing Operator Description: Coordinate outbound shipments and schedule trucks/carriersCreate and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentationOperate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environmentUtilize ERP and shipping systems to track orders and shipmentsSupport finishing operations and production activities as neededInspect finished products for quality and accuracy before shipmentMaintain organized shipping, receiving, and production areasCommunicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and production teamsAssist with inventory movement and material handlingFollow all safety procedures and company policiesRequirements: Previous shipping clerk or logistics experience requiredExperience scheduling trucks and handling BOLs is requiredForklift experience requiredERP and shipping software experience preferredManufacturing or production experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as neededApply today to join a company that values dependable employees and offers long-term career opportunities!
