Health Aide-3PM-11:30 PM - Full-time Role

InGenesis is currently seeking Health Aides to work with our client located in Milledgeville, Ga In this role, you will be working in Nassau and Suffolk counties providing support and handling various task for developmentally disabled individuals under State care at DBHHD residential facilities. We are hiring for 2nd shift, which is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with rotating holidays and every other weekend. Apply today and we’ll reach out to answer any questions you may have! Job Duties Assist in Activity of Daily Living functions (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking) and continence) in accordance with the medical treatment plan provided and the reason for hospitalization. Assist in Nutritional functions Assist in routine health care functions under the supervision of a nurse at the assigned hospital. Remain alert and awake during requested tour. Minimum Qualifications Two (2) continuous years of experience providing basic patient care in psychiatric healthcare is required. Knowledge of documentation principles. Knowledge of Bowel Elimination and proper actions. Management of Seizures and necessary follow-up actions. Knowledge of safe transferring protocols. Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control processes.
