Tig Welder/Machine Operator

We are seeking a Tig Welder/Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to create high-quality products. Duties - Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications - Operate machines such as saws, metal bending, laser, router etc. - Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet required standards - Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions - Handle materials with care and adhere to safety protocols Skills - Experience in TIG welding is a plus (on the job training is provided) - Experience in operating machines is a plus (on the job training is provided) - Mechanical aptitude - Familiarity with measuring instruments - Organized and neat - Must be a team player and have exceptional attendance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Experience: Welding: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Oxford, CT 06478 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Oxford, CT 06478: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
