This is afull-time, onsite contract role located in Austin, TX .

Duration:April 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay:$26.75 per hour
Work Environment:Professional office setting
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team.
Review procurement and solicitation documents to ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Assist with editing, reviewing, and organizing procurement documentation and electronic files.
Support the preparation and coordination of procurement-related correspondence and documentation.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with reference check coordination and documentation.
Assist with routing procurement documents through electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
Support procurement file audits to ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulations.
Assist with processing nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) for confidential documentation.
Help maintain and monitor procurement tracking systems to ensure proper process completion.
Conduct basic research and information gathering related to procurement issues when needed.
Perform related administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum four (4) years of administrative support experience.
At least two (2) years reviewing complex documents.
Strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills.
Experience providing customer service through written communication.
Experience withdata entry, scheduling, and calendar management.
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze administrative issues and support problem-solving efforts.
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional writing experience such aspolicy, procedural, legal, or technical writing .
Experience supporting procurement, contracts, legal, or compliance teams.
