Warehouse Worker

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lockbourne, OH 43137. This is a 5-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering a pay rate of $20/hr. The role operates on a 2nd shift schedule from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Core Responsibilities Efficiently manage the loading, unloading, and organization of automotive components and tires within a high-speed facility while operating machinery like pickers or forklifts. Utilize scanning technology to accurately locate items and support ongoing inventory management efforts. Maintain physical stamina to handle 50-pound loads regularly, with occasional requirements to lift up to 80 pounds, utilizing team support or mechanical aids for heavy commercial tires. Apply up to 40 pounds of pushing force when handling industrial, agricultural, or barrel-sized inventory. Operate equipment safely at heights of up to 25 feet to retrieve stock from elevated racking systems. Remain active throughout your shift and demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours when operational demands arise. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety protocols and operational guidelines. Provide support to various functional areas, including inventory, ecommerce, and will-call services, based on current business requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned by management, with reasonable accommodations provided as necessary.
