This role is highly execution-focused and will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment through offboarding.The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will take ownership of core HR functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, new hire orientation, benefits administration, and employee support, while partnering with leadership to execute HR processes effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring SupportCoordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managersAssist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platformsPartner with leadership to move candidates efficiently through the hiring processPrepare and send offer letters and coordinate pre-employment stepsOnboarding, Orientation & OffboardingOwn and execute new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup coordination, and communicationLead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions with professionalism and confidenceEnsure all onboarding materials and processes are up-to-date and consistentManage employee offboarding and termination processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal teamsBenefits & HR AdministrationSupport benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with brokers/vendorsAssist employees with HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate supportMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systemsSupport HR processes in systems such as ADP (or similar HRIS)Employee Support & HR OperationsServe as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and processesSupport employee lifecycle events including status changes, leave coordination, and general HR requestsAssist with performance review cycles and HR communicationsMaintain HR documentation, trackers, and internal resourcesCompliance & Process SupportEnsure HR processes align with company policies and applicable employment lawsAssist in maintaining and updating employee handbook, policies, and HR proceduresSupport audits and reporting requirements as neededContinuously look for opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiencyRequired Qualifications1–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking to employees and leadershipExperience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administrationPreferred QualificationsExperience in a government contracting (GovCon) environmentFamiliarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)Exposure to benefits administration and employee lifecycle managementExperience facilitating presentations or orientationsPHR or SHRM-CP certification (or interest in obtaining)What Success Looks Like In This RoleNew hires have a smooth, organized onboarding experienceRecruiting processes move quickly and efficientlyEmployees receive timely and confident HR supportHR operations run independently with minimal oversightEqual Opportunity StatementKreative Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
