Sales Support SpecialistSalary Range: $50,000$55,000 annually + benefitsThe Sales Support Specialist plays a critical operational role in supporting the success of the Sales organization through reporting, logistics coordination, onboarding support, system administration, vendor management, and cross-functional communication. This role serves as a central point of coordination between Sales Leadership, Property Teams, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure daily sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.This position thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through are essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, confident working in Excel and reporting systems, and willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Administrative SupportSupport day-to-day operations for the Sales organization across multiple regions and departmentsMaintain sales team rosters, organizational reporting structures, and property assignmentsCoordinate onboarding processes for new hires including equipment requests, access submissions, reporting setup, and welcome materialsSubmit and track IT tickets, system access requests, and equipment ordersProcess invoices and vendor payments through Bottomline and related systemsAssist with maintaining sales calendars, reporting schedules, and operational timelinesCoordinate office and operational supply ordering for sales teams and support functionsMaintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting across multiple systemsReporting & Data ManagementPrepare and distribute recurring sales reports and leadership reportingMaintain reporting accuracy and update reports as business needs, products, or organizational structures evolveUtilize Microsoft Excel extensively, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, filtering, sorting, and data organizationSupport performance tracking, ambassador reporting, and year-end reporting initiativesEnsure accuracy and consistency across sales data, reporting tools, and internal systemsLogistics & Shipping CoordinationCoordinate and fulfill high-volume shipping requests for sales teams, events, onboarding, uniforms, swag, printed materials, and operational suppliesManage FedEx, USPS, and other shipping processes including label creation, package tracking, and postage managementMaintain inventory and organization of sales materials, swag, uniforms, and supply storage areasOrder and replenish packaging and shipping supplies as neededCommunication & Cross-Functional CoordinationCommunicate professionally with Sales Leadership, property teams, vendors, IT, Accounting, Marketing, and Operations partnersProvide timely follow-up and support for requests, operational issues, and project coordinationAssist with event preparation, leadership meetings, and National Sales Conference planning and logisticsSupport a collaborative team environment and contribute to process improvements and evolving departmental needsAdditional Support ResponsibilitiesAssist with special projects, operational initiatives, and reporting needs as assignedAdapt to changing priorities and support new processes, systems, or organizational initiativesAttend meetings, events, or conferences as needed to support the Sales organizationQualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, operations, hospitality, customer service, or related fieldAdvanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detailStrong Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and data managementProficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and cloud-based systemsComfortable navigating multiple systems and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage logistics, shipping coordination, and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiencyExperience with CRM systems, Salesforce, Concur, Bottomline, or related platforms preferredSelf-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolveTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levelsIn return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.We invite you to visit our web site at www.equitylifestyleproperties.com for additional information regarding our exceptional resort communities.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and thank all applicants.
