Car Wash Team Member
Reports To: Lane Lead, Team Lead, General ManagerJob OverviewAs a Car Wash Team Member you’ll be responsible for cleaning cars, trucks and SUV’s. This includes greeting customers; preparing cars to go through the wash tunnel; drying the outside of cars and applying tire shine; vacuuming the interior and cleaning the windows, dash, door jambs, and center console. You may also be required to perform maintenance tasks for the building and property such as, but not limited to: tunnel cleaning and maintenance, groundskeeping, pressure washing, etc. You will also have the opportunity to advance through our training program and learn new skills.Responsibilities And DutiesCompletely and Accurately execute GO! Wash Car Wash Procedures for Express Exterior on every car, every timeParticipate in assigned duties such as cleaning, groundskeeping and tunnel maintenance as assigned by your Manager/SupervisorProvide excellent customer service to every customer, every timeAble to perform physical tasks requiring standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, etc.QualificationsWork Ethic:Must work as a team player and uphold GO! Wash standards of professionalism and integrityMust apply high standards of employee conduct. Those standards include reliability, promptness, courtesy, appearance, and professional behaviorMust be able to put forth the best interest of the business and customer above their ownMust be a Team Player and be able to work well on your own and with othersHave a “Can-Do” Attitude and know that everything is “Figure-out-able”Must love working outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions including but not limited to: Heat, Cold, Rain, Snow and Wet ConditionsSkillsExperience working with customers (Hospitality, Retail etc)Ability to thrive in a fast paced environmentBasic Computer and/or Point-of-Sales knowledgeBasic Smartphone and Mobile App knowledgePossess a Valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportationBe able to speak, read and comprehend EnglishMechanical aptitude preferred but not required
