Accounts Payable Specialist Largo/Clearwater, FL TempExperts seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a fast growing company located in the Largo/Clearwater area. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls. Address inquiries from clients, lenders, and internal team members with efficiency and courtesy. Prepare and issue checks to the appropriate parties. Process wire transfers accurately and efficiently. Pre-balance files meticulously to ensure all financial aspects of transactions are correct before funding. Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions Work closely with closing agents, escrow officers, and other team members to ensure seamless transaction processes Be a team player, assisting with additional tasks as needed to support overall team success and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in real estate, finance, or related fields are a plus. Proven experience in a similar role within a title company, real estate, or financial services. Strong understanding of real estate transactions and funding processes. Familiarity with title company operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and title company software.
