Primary Responsibilities: The Installation Technician is responsible for the installation of residential heating and cooling systems and communicating professionally with customers.
Qualifications
High school or GED diploma required
Great communication skills
Must obtain EPA Type II Certification within the first 60-days of employment
Background check and drug test required
Authorized to work in United States
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Demonstrate willingness to invest time in install training seminars and classes
Be a team player
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances and extreme weather conditions
