This role is the primary on-site leader and works closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.Job Details8+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General ContractorExperience leading commercial construction projects (ground-up or major renovations)Strong knowledge of sequencing, means & methods, and subcontractor coordinationProven safety leadership and ability to enforce site standardsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsProcore or similar field management software experience preferredInterested in hearing more?
