Job Description
Kiddie Keep Well Camp seeks a visionary, collaborative Executive Director to lead theorganization into its next chapter of stability, growth, and community impact. Reporting to theBoard of Directors, the Executive Director serves as chief executive — setting strategy, ensuringfiscal health, overseeing all programs and staff, cultivating donors and community partners, andstewarding the camp's facilities. As a leader in a small nonprofit, this role blends executiveleadership with a hands-on, "doer" mentality.Ideal candidates are relational leaders with experience in nonprofit leadership, hospitality, orcamp administration who are passionate about community and creating meaningful experiences.Required qualifications include staff supervision, financial management, strong communicationskills, and a genuine commitment to the camp's mission. Knowledge of ACA standards andfundraising experience are strongly preferred.Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 commensurate with experience, plusa comprehensive benefits package including on-site housing, health and dental insurance, lifeinsurance, and 401(k).
