This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Texas or Oklahoma, offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and a collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense mattersHandle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationCollaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staffMaintain a monthly billable target of 160 hoursQualifications:6+ years of experience in insurance defense litigationLicensed to practice in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus)Strong litigation and case management skillsBase salary: $160,000–$185,000+ (commensurate with experience) + Billable BonusMedical, dental, and vision (50% premium covered)401(k) with 2% matchMonthly reimbursements: $50 for cell phone and $50 for gym membershipShort- and long-term disability coverageFully remote for candidates residing in TX or OKStandard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMOpen to candidates with various legal software experienceInterested?
