The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment for young children. The role also involves guiding students through their early childhood education journey while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with other staff, communicate effectively with families, and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentStrong foundation in Early Childhood Education Excellent Communication abilities, including parent-teacher engagement and team collaborationExperience in nurturing social and emotional development in young childrenAbility to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphereRelevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldPrior experience in a preschool or kindergarten teaching role is preferred
