This role supports our technicians and the Service Admin team with the following:Provide quotes for service repairsComplete full-service process including opening the work order, monitoring WIP, invoicing, and closing work ordersGenerate POsAssist with dispatching technicians to customer sitesProvide a high level of customer serviceRequirements If you are: Highly motivated to learn our industryDetail-oriented and organizedA communicator with proven ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, vendors and customersMS Office-literate (even better if you have worked with an ERP system)Ready to join a dynamic team You may be our next member! Salary Description $21 - $25 per hour
