Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent powder coating facility in the Zeeland, MI area, is seeking a paint technician to add to their team!Paint Technician Overview:1st shift: 5:30a - Completion (around 4:30p usually) $17/hr Paint Technician Duties:Responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting metal products to ensure high-quality finishes that meet industry standards Prepare and clean surfaces for powder coating Set up and operate powder coating equipment Apply powder coatings evenly and consistently on metal parts Inspect finished products for quality and uniformity Perform routine maintenance on equipment and workspace Paint Technician Qualifications: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in powder coating applications Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect work for quality Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move parts as required Familiarity with different types of powder coating materials, colors, and finishes Experience with the use of powder coating spray guns, booths, and ovens High school or equivalent (Required) Why Peoplelink?
