This position is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on preparing materials, managing inks, and ensuring every job is set up for successboth now and next.If you take pride in staying organized, keeping things moving, and being a reliable part of a team, this is where you shine.What You'll DoWorking under the direction of the Press Operator, you will:Read and interpret Run Condition Reports to understand job requirementsStage and prepare inks, materials, sleeves, anilox rolls, doctor blade chambers, and job documentationSet up and organize materials for upcoming runs to minimize downtimeCommunicate actively with the Press Operator during setups and job changesLoad and unload materials from the press safely and efficientlyMonitor and maintain ink viscosity to meet quality standardsKeep ink systems, pumps, and surrounding areas clean and organizedClean, store, and protect sleeves, plates, and anilox rolls after useTrack and report setup waste accuratelyAssist with cleaning and maintaining the press and surrounding work areaReport mechanical issues or concerns promptly to the OperatorMaintain consistent, reliable attendanceWhat Makes You a Great FitStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to learn and take directionMechanical awareness or interest in manufacturing equipmentPride in doing things the right way, every timeWhy This Role MattersYou're not just assistingyou're setting the stage for every successful run.
