Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Seated Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and good manual dexterity.   Job Title: Seated Production Worker  Location: Clear Lake, WI Pay Range: $15 - $21/hr Depending on Experience Shift: 1st (6a-2p, Mon-Fri), 2nd (2p-10p,Mon-Fri), 3rd Shift (10p-6a, Mon-Fri) and Weekend Shift (6a-6p, Fri/Sat/Sun) What's the Job? Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated processes using small hand tools, microscope and /or other support equipment. Inspect own work for quality compliance. Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate. Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance. What's Needed? Looking for candidates with strong work history Must clearly speak, read and write English. Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to communicate uncomplicated data, instructions, production results, quality issues and similar subjects both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform basic math functions.
