Construction Contract Administrator
Capital Holding Group, Inc. is looking for a Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Construction Contract Administrator, you will consult with project managers & estimators to ensure that bids and proposals are compliant with industry and accounting standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and administer contracts between Owner and Contractor.
Review, track, and process requests for information and submittals.
Set up and maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
Process all project-related billings to customers.
Obtain waivers/releases from suppliers and subcontractors.
Review and process project closeout documentation.
Act as liaison among internal (Estimating, Project Manager, Field Personnel, and Accounting) and external (suppliers, subcontractors, customers, lenders) team members to assist in the successful completion of the project
Occasional project site visits
Qualifications:
Previous internship or experience in construction preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
