Job Description Maintenance Technician – Aerospace ManufacturingLocation: On-siteShift: 1st Shift (Start time 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM, 8‑hour shift)Team Size: 20 employees on-site; Maintenance team of 5About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the aerospace side of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of production machinery and related processes. You'll work closely with both Engineering and Production teams to ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and reliably.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems on the fly, and being a key contributor in a tight-knit team environment.What You'll DoPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on manufacturing equipment.Support and maintain production processes for aerospace manufacturing.Diagnose issues using basic PLC knowledge; assist with PLC-related troubleshooting.Work with vacuum systems and other specialized equipment (experience preferred).Collaborate daily with Engineering and Production teams to ensure equipment uptime and process stability.Document work performed and communicate equipment status to leadership and team members.What You BringMust-Have QualificationsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsBasic knowledge of PLCsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong communication and problem‑solving abilitiesNice-to-Have ExperienceAerospace manufacturing environmentWorking with vacuum systemsFamiliarity with automated or complex machineryWhy You'll Love Working HereWe take care of our people.
