Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance full-stack RCM applications using .NET Core, React, Angular, and Python.
Implement and optimize patient intake systems, practice management solutions, and reporting structures.
Design and develop data visualization solutions using PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric.
Integrate AI and machine learning models to improve RCM processes and prediction accuracy.
Implement rapid deployment strategies to ensure quick time-to-market for new features and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with healthcare business objectives.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in healthcare technology and RCM best practices.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for backend development
Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and Angular
Expertise in Python for data analysis and process automation
Proficiency in PowerBI for creating interactive dashboards and reports
Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics
Strong understanding of healthcare RCM processes, including intake, practice management, and reporting
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and AI integration in healthcare applications
Experience with rapid deployment methodologies and CI/CD practices
Proficiency in database management, particularly MS SQL Server and Oracle
