What we are looking forWe are looking for a recruiter who: Has3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting Is used to working inhigh-demand, high-pressure environments Has experience sourcingniche technical profiles Ideally has experience recruitingBIM, engineering, or construction-related roles Is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously Hasadvanced English Experience recruitingBIM/VDC profiles or specialized engineering roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)ishighly desirable , as many of the positions we hire for aredifficult-to-find technical profiles . What you will doLead full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles inLATAM and the U.S. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs Build strong pipelines forspecialized engineering and BIM profiles Develop creative sourcing strategies to reachhard-to-find candidates Help us maintain strong hiring momentum during a period of rapid growth All positions at ENG are fully remote. This is acontract role for 3 to 6 months , with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
