Supervisor

Supervisor Position Euless, TX EDKO, LLC is seeking utility vegetation management professionals, and/or candidates with a 2 or 4 year degree in forestry or a related field to fill the role of a Supervisor. The location of the position is Houston, Texas. Requirements: The ability to work independently with excellent communication skills. An AA or BA Degree in forestry, arboriculture or a related field; or utility vegetation management experience. Utility Arborist certification or ability to become certified within 1-year is preferred. Local tree knowledge beneficial Ability to work in inclement weather Ability to interpret and follow maps Ability to use a laptop computer, GPS, and GIS Valid Driver License required and clean MVR Proficient in MS Office Able to communicate effectively with landowners Herbicide experience preferred Responsibilities include: Daily interaction with crews Crew scheduling Project tracking Work planning Data management QA / QC audits Customer/landowner interaction Information: Full time positions starting immediately Edko offers competitive wages and excellent benefits Company Vehicle/Gas Card supplied for work related/commuting purposes Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
