You will provide technical expertise in SCADA, DCS, and Power Plant Controller systems to ensure efficient design, review, and implementation of electrical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Lead Project Engineer on electrical aspects of generation projects. Develop specifications, review designs from engineering procurement contractors, and provide technical comments. Work with SCADA, DCS, and Power Plant Controller systems for natural gas and renewable generation assets. Ensure electrical engineering designs meet operational and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple projects simultaneously. Role Focus AreasNatural Gas FocusSCADA and DCS expertise. Combined cycle or simple cycle power plant control systems. Review and provide guidance on power plant controller systems. Renewables FocusSCADA and traditional Power Plant Controller systems. Support solar, wind, and battery generation projects. Develop, review, and provide comments on electrical system designs. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience with SCADA systems and power plant control. Knowledge of substation systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and provide technical oversight. Preferred: Experience in natural gas or renewable generation projects.
