Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support Representative – Full Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) Location: Compton, CA (On-site) Our company is a leading provider of packing materials and moving equipment. We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Compton, CA office. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner — “smiling through the phone” is a must! Assist walk-in customers with sales orders, returns, and product inquiries. Process and follow up on e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers via email using Microsoft Outlook. Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records and perform daily reconciliation of the petty cash box. Provide general office support and assist with administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or higher education. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer service–oriented, with a helpful phone manner. Experience using Microsoft Outlook preferred (Excel and Word a plus). Experience with the NetSuite Oracle system a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
