Sr. NET Devops Application Engineer

Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $71.00hr - $76.00hrRequirement/Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.Recent 8 years of experience with Microsoft.NET/Azure development stack.5 years of experience in Application Development.2 years of experience as an Application Development Lead.Experience implementing, customizing, and supporting popular Government SaaS applications such as Accela and OpenGov.Deep experience with C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, and Blazor.Experience with Database Transactional and Decision Support languages.Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server including SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, and RS.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.Deep experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.Demonstrated knowledge of popular SDLC models, processes, deliverables, and conceptual grasp of popular design patterns for object-oriented software development.Experience with BI Reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.Deep experience with Microsoft Development Platforms and tools including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.Local government experience is preferred.Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable.NET clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.Nice to Have:Local government experience.Skills:.NET.C#.VB.NET.ASP.NET.Blazor.Azure.Microsoft SQL Server.SSIS.SSAS.SSRS.Git.CI/CD.RESTful API.Microservices.PowerBI.Tableau.Visual Studio.JavaScript.HTML.CSS.Qualification And Education:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
