Our Enterprise App Dev team partners with the largest Mobile App Developers globally, consulting clients on how to successfully grow their businesses by leveraging the best of Reddit's platform capabilities.In this role, the Senior Client Partner will be responsible for nurturing and growing key relationships with existing advertisers through JBP development, extensive XFN engagement, and structured planning. Client Partners on our App Dev team are mobile experts who use their deep technical acumen to effectively consult app‐first advertisers on complex marketing goals and represent their needs internally. They are trusted advisers to senior marketing and agency leaders, ensuring they meet their business objectives successfully using Reddit's advertising suite.This role is required to be based in the New York City area and will work from the office 1-2 days per week.Core ResponsibilitiesAct as CEO of your book of business, take full ownership of revenue forecasting, client relationship mapping, strategy development, and ensuring operational rigorOwn book of business revenue and advertiser growth strategy for current and future looking quarters, developing strategies to achieve goals and expectations.Collaborate with Account Managers to create healthy growing partnerships between your App Developer customer base and RedditCollaborate with existing App Developer advertisers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve their marketing and business goalsProactively explore and uncover the needs of your clients, leveraging insights and product knowledge to align their goals with opportunities on the platformOwn relationship mapping strategy across book of business to manage and deepen relationships strategically across client direct and agencies.Primary point of contact for senior clients to communicate major platform updates, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationshipEducate clients around Reddit platform capabilities to instill confidence and tee interactions up for success by appropriately setting expectations, identifying mutually favorable outcomes, and executing clear next steps.Proactively construct upfront and joint business plans, media strategies with top clients, while establishing mutually favorable measurement source(s) of truthCommunicate feedback on our sales processes, vertical narratives, and ad products to cross‐functional teams to help advocate for App Dev customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiencyShare your industry, client, and product expertise by mentoring and training other team members and uplevel the overall team.Partner with Sales Ops to provide feedback on processes and sales motion.Proactively identify and own relevant projects, consistently meeting deadlines for all projects and their required outcomesBuild and leverage deep internal relationships, both within your direct team and cross‐functionally, working together to deliver on client and business goalsQualifications8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4 years of experience in ad salesDeep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition funnels, and MMPsDemonstrated high achievement against sales targets and quotasHigh familiarity with sales tools for client and industry researchProven experience upleveling relationships up through C‐level executivesProficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spendExperience cultivating strong relationships with external partnersSubject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertisingAbility to manage a book of business greater than 30 accountsPositive outlook, team playerMotivated self‐starter who thrives in unstructured environmentsBA / BS degree or equivalent work experienceComprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs401k with Employer MatchGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving supportFamily Planning SupportMental Health & Coaching BenefitsPay TransparencyThis job posting may span more than one career level.In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
